Acuerdo con Turespaña para promocionar la imagen de España en el exterior
Agreement with Turespaña to promote Spain overseas
El presidente de Iberia, Antonio
Vázquez, y el secretario general
de Turismo y Comercio Interior, Joan
Mesquida, han firmado un acuerdo de
cooperación para la realización de acciones
de publicidad y comercialización
conjuntas para fomentar el turismo
e incrementar el tráfico aéreo hacia
España.
El acuerdo supone la realización de
una campaña de publicidad conjunta,
así como otras acciones de marketing
por parte de Turespaña.

tourism and air traffic to Spain in
overseas markets.

Iberia increases its offer to Israel by 23 percent
Iberia está reforzando su presencia en Israel, que se consolida como el destino más
importante de la aerolínea en el medio radio. En 2011, ofrecerá 264.000 asientos
entre Madrid y Tel Aviv, lo que supone un aumento del 23 por ciento respecto a 2010,
uno de los mayores de toda la red de la compañía. Desde el pasado mes de marzo,
Iberia opera 18 vuelos semanales entre Madrid y Tel Aviv, frente a los dos vuelos
diarios del año pasado.
Este aumento de vuelos entre Madrid y Tel Aviv permite ofrecer más opciones
de conexión a los pasajeros que van más allá de la capital de España.
Iberia is increasing its presence in Israel, which has become the company’s most
important middle-range destination. During 2011 it will offer 264,000 seats
between Madrid and Tel Aviv, an increase of 34 percent over 2010, one of the
largest jumps in the company’s whole network. Since last March, Iberia operates
18 weekly flights between Madrid and Tel Aviv, as opposed to the two daily flights
of last year.
This increase in flights between Madrid and Tel Aviv makes it possible to offer
more connecting options to passengers travelling beyond Madrid.
The agreement includes a joint
advertising campaign and other
marketing initiatives by Turespaña.
