This question asked the CSO to check all options that describe its type.<br />
Of the seventy (70) participating organizations, the greatest number were nongovernmental with<br />
thirty-two (32)respondents, twelve (12) described themselves as social movement organizations,<br />
eleven (11) as women’s organizations, six (6) as academic institutions, and five (5) as<br />
professional associations. There was no participation by organizations of persons of afrodescendents.<br />
The eleven (11) organizations that checked “other” described themselves as follows:<br />
• Continental network of academics, researchers, undergraduate and graduate students,<br />
