VARIEDADES: Verdejo.<br />

ELABORACIÓN: Fermentación en depósitos de acero<br />

inoxidable lentamente, a una temperatura máxima controlada<br />

de 17º C.<br />

NOTAS DE CATA: Color pajizo con reflejos verdosos, muy<br />

brillante. Aroma franco, con intensidad frutal. Fondo floral con<br />

notas cítricas. En boca, buena estructura, acidez equilibrada y<br />

sabroso.<br />

ACOMPAÑA A: Ensaladas, menestras, quesos frescos y para<br />

untar, pescados, mariscos, arroces marineros, etc.<br />

SERVIR: Entre 8º y 10º C.<br />

PREPARATION: Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at<br />

a maximum controlled temperature of 17ºC.<br />

TASTING NOTES: Straw-like colour with greenish reflections,<br />

very shiny. Smooth aroma with fruity intensity. Floral<br />

background with citrus nuances. Good structure, balanced<br />

acidity and tasty in the mouth.<br />

ACCOMPANIES: Salads, vegetable stews, fresh and<br />

spreadable cheese, fish, shellfish, seafood risottos, etc.<br />

SERVE: Between 8º and 10º C.<br />

A DORNA<br />

DOURADA<br />

Rias Baixas<br />

VARIEDADES: Albariño 60%, Godello 20%, Caiño Blanco 10%<br />

y Treixadura 10%, procedentes de viñedos propios ubicados en<br />

O’ Rosal.<br />

ELABORACIÓN: Maceración en frío de las uvas a la recepción<br />

en bodega, con proceso de prensado bajo presión controlada<br />

realizando un desfangado para fermentar el mosto totalmente<br />

limpio a una temperatura controlada de 16º C durante 20 días.<br />

NOTAS DE CATA: Color amarillo pajizo con tonos verdosos.<br />

Potente en nariz con aromas a fruta madura (pera, manzana),<br />

hierbas aromáticas (menta, hinojo) y flores blancas. En boca es<br />

largo, goloso y persisten los recuerdos a fruta madura y hierbas<br />

aromáticas. Acidez equilibrada. Evolucionará en botella muy<br />

positivamente en los próximos meses.<br />

ACOMPAÑA A: Aperitivos, cremas frías, arroces, mariscos y<br />

pescados.<br />

SERVIR: Entre 9º y 10º C.<br />

and Treixadura 10%, originating from its own vineyards located<br />

in O’ Rosal.<br />

PREPARATION: Cold maceration of the grapes upon their<br />

reception in the cellars, with controlled pressure pressing<br />

process performing a debourbage to ferment the totally clean<br />

juice under a controlled temperature of 16ºC for 20 days.<br />

TASTING NOTES: Straw-like colour with greenish reflections.<br />

Powerful in the nose with mature fruit aromas pear, apple),<br />

aromatic herbs (mint, fennel) and white flowers. Long, sweet<br />

taste in the mouth, with the persistence of reminiscences of<br />

mature fruit and aromatic herbs. Balanced acidity. It will evolve<br />

very positively in the bottle in the next few months.<br />

ACCOMPANIES: Aperitifs, cold creams, rice, shellfish and fish.<br />

SERVE: Between 9º and 10º C.
