SOLERAS Y CRIADERAS<br />

ROBERTINI 15 MESES<br />

FASE VISUAL: Muy limpio y brillante con un bonito amarillo<br />

caoba de capa media, ligera densidad y abundante lágrima.<br />

FASE OLFATIVA: Intensidad muy alta apreciandose frutos<br />

secos avellana, nuez combinando con tonos dulces de pasas<br />

e higos, con un fondo floral y plantas medicinales, al final<br />

aparecen notas de café y vainilla de la crianza en soleras.<br />

FASE GUSTATIVA: Entrada dulce con paso estructurado y<br />

final secante, con un posgusto agradable y duradero.<br />

También aparecen toques de madera por su crianza en<br />

barrica.<br />

VISUAL STAGE: Very clean and glittering, with a pretty<br />

mahogany yellow mid-coating, light density and abundant<br />

tears.<br />

OLFACTORY STAGE: Very high intensity with nuts and dried<br />

fruit being appreciated, hazelnut and walnut combined with<br />

the sweet tones of raisins and figs, a floral and medicinal plant<br />

background and, finally, nuances of coffee and vanilla from the<br />

aging in barrels via the solera process.<br />

GUSTATIVE STAGE: Sweet entry, a structured passage and<br />

a dry finish, with a pleasant and long-lasting after-taste. There<br />

are also wood nuances due to its aging in barrels.
