5. Cultivo <strong>en</strong> <strong>cria<strong>de</strong>ro</strong> meses <strong>de</strong> invierno y primavera es cuando los prog<strong>en</strong>itores pres<strong>en</strong>tan mayor cantidad <strong>de</strong> proteínas <strong>en</strong> gónada y m<strong>en</strong>or <strong>de</strong> carbohidratos y lípidos. El análisis estadístico <strong>de</strong> los resultados muestra que hay difer<strong>en</strong>cias estacionales <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong> composición bioquímica <strong>de</strong> los reproductores, pero ésta varía <strong>de</strong> igual forma <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong>s distintas localida<strong>de</strong>s, por lo que no hay difer<strong>en</strong>cias pob<strong>la</strong>cionales <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong> variación <strong>de</strong> los compon<strong>en</strong>tes bioquímicos mayoritarios <strong>de</strong> los reproductores. La composición bioquímica mayoritaria <strong>de</strong> los distintos lotes <strong>de</strong> reproductores utilizados no ti<strong>en</strong>e r<strong>el</strong>ación con <strong>la</strong> cantidad <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>sove obt<strong>en</strong>ido a partir <strong>de</strong> éstos (Tab<strong>la</strong> V.4). Así, los <strong>de</strong>soves más abundantes fueron los <strong>de</strong> Barallobre <strong>de</strong> otoño y Vi<strong>la</strong>xoán 1 <strong>de</strong> invierno. El primero, con 32 millones <strong>de</strong> huevos, se obtuvo con unos prog<strong>en</strong>itores que t<strong>en</strong>ían 215 mg/g peso seco <strong>de</strong> carbohidratos <strong>en</strong> gónada y <strong>el</strong> segundo, <strong>de</strong> 25 millones <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>rvas D, con unos prog<strong>en</strong>itores con 48 mg/g peso seco <strong>de</strong> carbohidratos <strong>en</strong> gónada. La mayor cantidad <strong>de</strong> lípidos <strong>en</strong> gónada se correspon<strong>de</strong> con los prog<strong>en</strong>itores <strong>de</strong> invierno <strong>de</strong> Cangas 1, <strong>de</strong> los que sólo se obtuvo un <strong>de</strong>sove <strong>de</strong> 1,8 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 % ICG
Resultados millones. En otoño, con <strong>la</strong> mitad <strong>de</strong> lípidos <strong>en</strong> gónada (110,40 mg/g peso seco), se obtuvo un <strong>de</strong>sove <strong>de</strong> 11,3 millones <strong>de</strong> los prog<strong>en</strong>itores <strong>de</strong> Camariñas.
