En la selección <strong>de</strong> un neumático interviene varios factores como utilización y su cuidado<br />
incluyendo sus condiciones geográficas particulares, variaciones en el clima, límites<br />
legales <strong>de</strong> velocidad así como estructura y firme <strong>de</strong> la carretera. En el momento que un<br />
neumático llega al final <strong>de</strong> su vida útil ha perdido aproximadamente un 20% <strong>de</strong> su<br />
caucho. En la Tabla 13 se muestra el dato acumulado <strong>de</strong> NFU registrado por cada uno <strong>de</strong><br />
los países miembros <strong>de</strong> la UE<br />
