OBJETIVO<br />
Promover la seguridad y el <strong>de</strong>sarrollo naviero, mercante, marítimo, fluvial y lacustre, acor<strong>de</strong> a los<br />
convenios internacionales vigentes.<br />
FUNCIONES<br />
1. Aprobar las políticas, planes, programas y proyectos <strong>de</strong>l sector <strong>de</strong> los intereses marítimos,<br />
fluviales, lacustres y <strong>de</strong> marina mercante.<br />
2. Regular, fiscalizar y administrar el sector <strong>de</strong> los intereses marítimos, fluviales, lacustres y <strong>de</strong><br />
marina mercante.<br />
3. Representar al Estado Plurinacional, en lo que respecta al sector <strong>de</strong> los intereses marítimos,<br />
fluviales, lacustres y <strong>de</strong> marina mercante a nivel nacional e internacional.<br />
