The safe operation of the Hogastra - catering urn is guaranteed
without any special training, provided that you observe the instructions

1.2 Function Description
The water is heated to a pre-determined temperature.
When the pre-set temperature is reached, the appliance automatically
switches to the temperature preservation stage. This is indicated when
the green indicator light (with the cup symbol) lights up. Now the
water can be dispensed via the spigot.

2.2 Use according to the regulations
This appliance can only be used for the preparation of water for tea,
for example, and to heat up mulled wine for commercial use, according
to the uses described here. The appliance is not suitable for heating
milk or drinks containing milk or fizzy drinks. Any other use of or alteration
to the appliance counts as an improper use, poses danger and is excluded
from the guarantee.
The manufacturer takes no liability for damages arising from this. The
appliance is designed for use inside and outside.
