GCC 2.4
If the Consultant, upon its sole responsibility, speeds up the presentation of
deliverables, performing the services ahead of the timeline incorporated in the
Schedule of Payments hereto attached under Appendix H, and MCA-Honduras
fully accepts such deliverables upon its sole discretion, the expiration of the
Contract shall occur sooner than the dates hereto established as Base Period
Expiration Date and Option Period Date. Notwithstanding, such early expiration of
Contract may only occur upon full completion of all deliverables by the
Consultant, and acceptance of these by MCA-Honduras.
3. Obligations of the Consultant

Documents Prepared by the Consultant to be the Property of MCA-Honduras (GCC 3.7)
GCC 3.7(b) The Consultant shall not use these documents for purposes unrelated to this
Contract without the prior written approval of MCA-Honduras.
6. Payments to the Consultant
