Instrucciones para Autores y Procedimiento <strong>de</strong> Selección- The papers may be written in Spanish, English or Portuguese and must bebetween 4,500 and 5,000 words long, although this may be subject to a certain<strong>de</strong>gree of flexibility <strong>de</strong>pending on the nature of the subject.- Each article must be prece<strong>de</strong>d by an abstract of no more than one hundredwords in the original language of the article. The category in which the article isinclu<strong>de</strong>d must also be specified: area of knowledge (6) and perspective from whichthe subject is being addressed (theory, application, case study). You must also statehow the work is classified according to the Journal of Economic Literature’s<strong>de</strong>scriptors.- The author’s or authors’ name(s) may not appear anywhere in the article.This facilitates the evaluation process since the data will be inclu<strong>de</strong>d in the digitalform.- The title of the work must be inclu<strong>de</strong>d in the original. Originals must be presentedin digital format – either in Word or in a Word-compatible format – and be sentelectronically (gcg.universia.net). Authors must fill out their <strong>de</strong>tails on theelectronic record, specifying the area un<strong>de</strong>r study. Authors will receive anacknowledgement of receipt of their work as soon as they have entered allthe information in the article management form.- Bibliographic references must be inclu<strong>de</strong>d in the text, indicating the author’sname, date of publication, letter and page. Years must be followed by a letter onlywhen citing works by the same author and from the same year. Works mentioned inthe text must be cited at the end of the article as stipulated in the ISO 690/1987standard and its equivalent Spanish standard UNE 50-104-94, which lay down thecriteria for presenting bibliographic references:Books: Dornier, P.P.; Ernst, R.; Fen<strong>de</strong>l, M.; Kouvelis, P; (1998), “GlobalOperations and Logistics: Text and Cases”, John Wiley & Son, New Jersey.Papers: Campa, J.M.; Guillen, M.
