Dezember 2006 10:07 10Unscrewing the Drill Chuck (Figure B)Clamp Allen key 9 (size 8 mm) into the drill chuck.Clamp the other end of the Allen key into a vice.Unscrew the machine from the drill chuck.Mounting the Drill ChuckBefore mounting the drill chuck, the thread and the facesurface of the drill spindle must be cleaned with a wirebrush and degreased. Afterwards, clamp Allen key 9(size 8 mm) into the drill chuck.Applying AdhesiveWürth adhesive must be applied to the thread of thedrill chuck. Screw the drill chuck onto the drill spindleand tighten firmly (tightening torque: 45 Nm). Screw inthe locking screw 8.Allow the adhesive bond to cure according to instructions.Advices for operationSharpening drill bitsOnly HSS drill bits in perfect condition (HSS = highspeed steel) should be used for drilling metal.
