Articulo 27AFECCIONES O LESIONESDE CORTO TRATAMIENTOArt.27.- Se tendrá derecho a licencia porafecciones comunes de corta evolución yoperaciones de cirugía menor, hasta 30(treinta) días corridos anuales.
AFECCIONES O LESIONES DE CORTO TRATAMIENTOArticulo : 27A- Si el empleado o funcionario no puede prestar servicio, pero estáen condiciones de deambular deberá:1- Dar aviso al Secretario o Jefe de Oficina, dentro delas dos primeras horas hábiles administrativas.2- Presentarse en la Oficina de Superintendencia pararetirar su orden de atención médica en consultorio.3- Concurrir al Consultorio Médico, en el horario de9.00 a 15.00 hs., para su revisación.De acuerdo al examen el Profesional dictaminará si está ono en condiciones de prestar servicios y por lo tanto justificará o noen el formulario correspondiente y lo devolverá dentro de las 24horas.
