1 Presentation2 Machineand general aspectsCharacteristcis1.1General aspectsThe ECCO-AUTOMATIC copying machine has been designedtaking current EEC safety regulations into account.The safety of the personnel involved in the handlingof this type of machines can only be achieved with awell-designed personal safety programme. This involvesthe introduction of a maintenance programme and thefollowing of certain recommendations, together withcompliance with the safety regulations mentioned inthis manual.The ECCO-AUTOMATIC is an automatic copying machinethat is both robust and precise. It is designed to duplicateflat keys of cylinder locks, car keys, and cruciform(cross-shaped) and special keys.2.1Family of keysThe ECCO-AUTOMATIC machine copies the followingtypes of keys:- Flat keys.- Car keys.- Cruciform keys.EnglishAlthough the installation of the machine is straightforward,we recommend that you should not try toinstall, adjust, or handle it without first reading thismanual.The machine leaves the factory ready for use; it onlyneeds to be calibrated for the use that it will be given.1.2The ECCO-AUTOMATIC machine is presented in a toughcardboard box, protected by packing foam, of the followingdimensions:Width = 570 mm, length = 520 mm, height = 410 mmWeight of the machine plus packaging = 22 Kg.When you unpack the machine, inspect it carefully incase it has been damaged in transit.
