… is a collection of prose, poems and short stories. The product of the past five years—from the green mountains of Chiapas, Mexico to the dusty streets of (Tabarre) Port-Au-Prince and the irreverence that the Spirit of God has planted in his heart—put into the limits of words. Love, just as the iconic Mexican word, chigadera, is versatile, creative, life giving. The life that emanates out of love makes you radically unapologetic, irrational as to the healing power that it brings. Hence, the binary of life is undomesticated love, tenderness in private and justice in the public realm.

NECESITAMOS UN HÉROE<br />
La mentira no germina sin ponerle una careta de virtud.<br />
Atacamos, bombardeamos sin razón alguna.<br />
¿Qué hacer cuando la conciencia de un pueblo anestesiado<br />
quiere despertar al ver que los cofres y camas con cuerpos<br />
lisiados no cesan de llegar?<br />
Necesitamos un héroe grita el gobierno, la prensa ahora tiene<br />
tarea.Este héroe debe de ser frágil y fuerte. Su rostro lo<br />
tenemos que reconocer fácilmente.<br />
Se debe de parecer a nuestro hermano<br />
Tiene que tener la sonrisa de nuestra hermana.<br />
Necesitamos un héroe el cual sea nuestro símbolo de<br />
honor.De esta manera taparemos nuestra corrupción.<br />
Este Héroe tiene que ser mártir.<br />
Debe de morir, su muerte nos anestesiará con patriotismo.A<br />
nuestro héroe lo lloraremos y lo veneraremos como si fuera<br />
nuestro propio hijo.<br />
¡Muere héroe, muere!<br />
Que tu sangre sea el velo el cual disfrace nuestra ignorancia.<br />
Tu imagen la pondremos en lo alto cual faro que alumbra.<br />
Tu nombre lo gravaremos en mármol fino.<br />
Tu sufrimiento será la fuente del valor popular.<br />
Tú serás el antifaz de virtud el cual excuse nuestra corrupción.<br />
¡Héroe, muere en las manos del Dictador!<br />
¡Héroe, muere como un rehén decapitado!<br />
¡Héroe, muere por la bomba en la orilla del camino!<br />
¡Muere héroe, muere para que puédanos excusar nuestra<br />
violencia.
