Ingingo ya 39 : Inkomoko y’umutungo
Umutungo w’Urugaga ugizwe n’ibintu
byimukanwa n’ibitimukanwa.
Umutungo w’Urugaga ukomoka kuri ibi
bikurikira:
1° imisanzu itangwa n’abanyamuryango ;
2° inkunga, impano n’indagano ;
3° ibikorwa Urugaga rushoramo imari ;
4° ibituruka ku mirimo yakozwe n’Urugaga.

Any decision relating to the removal from the
register of the Council shall indicate the date from
which it takes effect.
A decision of temporary suspension or removal
from the register of members of the Council
against a medical doctor or dentist shall be
communicated to the public and the Minister in
charge of health.
The implementation of such a decision is provided
under the internal rules and regulations.
CHAPTER VII: PROPERTY OF THE
COUNCIL
Article 39 : Sources of the property
The property of the Council shall be comprised of
movable and immovable assets.
The property of the Council shall come from the
following:
1° members’contributions;
2° subsidies, donations and bequest ;
3° investments of the Council ;
4° proceeds from services rendered by the
Council.

l’Ordre indique la date à partir de laquelle elle sort
ses effets.
La décision de suspension temporaire ou de
radiation du tableau de l’Ordre prise à l’encontre
d’un médecin ou un dentiste doit être portée à la
connaissance du public et du Ministre ayant la
santé dans ses attributions
La mise en application de cette décision est
prévue dans le règlement d’ordre intérieur.

Article 39 : Source du patrimoine
Le patrimoine de l’Ordre comprend les biens
meubles et immeubles.
Le patrimoine de l’Ordre provient des sources
suivantes:
1° cotisations des membres ;
2° subventions, dons et legs ;
3° investissements de l’Ordre ;
4° produit de services rendus par l’Ordre.
