• 7.01 Offer to Buy/Sell
Any Shareholder (herein called the “Offeror”) shall have the right at any
time to make a written offer (the “Offer”) to the other Shareholder(s)
(herein called the “Offeree(s)”) offering to alternatively:
(a) sell all of the Offeror’s Investment to the Offeree(s); or
(b) purchase the Investment belonging to the Offeree(s) from the
