• 7.02 Acceptance <strong>of</strong> Offer<br />
Each Offeree shall, within 30 days <strong>of</strong> receipt <strong>of</strong> the Offer from the<br />
Offeror, by notice in writing to the Offeror and any other Offeree,<br />
either:<br />
(a) un<strong>co</strong>nditionally accept the Offeror’s Offer to sell his/its<br />
Investment and agree to buy his/its pro rata portion <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Offeror’s Investment for the price and upon the terms and<br />
<strong>co</strong>nditions set out in the Offeror’s Offer; or<br />
(b) un<strong>co</strong>nditionally accept the Offeror’s Offer to purchase the<br />
Offeree’s Investment and agree to see his/its Investment to the<br />
Offeror for the price and on the terms and <strong>co</strong>nditions set out in<br />
the Offeror’s Offer.<br />
