Les systèmes collaboratifs• Le système ARPAnet (Advanced Research ProjectsAgency Network) offre, dès 1969, la possibilitéd’échanger des informations par e-mail.• Ce système est plus largement répandu par Xerox PARCen 1973.• En 1975, Turoff et ses collaborateurs mettent en place lapremière conférence assistée par ordinateur à l’aidedu système EIES (Electronic Information ExchangeSystem) (Turoff & Hiltz, 1977).8
Les systèmes collaboratifs• Le terme Computer Supported Cooperative Work(CSCW) est utilisé en 1984 par Cashman et Greif.• La première conférence dans le domaine (CSCW) a lieuen 1986 à Austin, Texas, USA.• En France, l’appellation CSCW est traduit en 1994 parAlain Karsenty : Travail Coopératif Assisté par Ordinateur(TCAO).9
