RESUMECe mémoire traite des principales tendances, des principaux problèmes et défis qui, auCameroun, caractérisent actuellement les systèmes de formation des enseignants àl’utilisation des TIC dans leurs pratiques pédagogiques. Il porte plus par<strong>tic</strong>ulièrement sur lessavoirs professionnels (connaissances, compétences, aptitudes et attitudes) à la base del’enseignement. Il comprend quatre chapitres. Le premier chapitre nous édifie sur les conceptsgénéraux de la formation continue de manière générale. Le second chapitre s’attache sur laformation continue des enseignants aux usages des TIC. Il fait ressortir les différents modèlesde formation dans le monde, les obstacles liés aux TIC et donne les différentes attitudes desenseignants face aux TIC. Pour comparer les connaissances scientifiques obtenu dans larecherche, le chapitre 3 nous fourni les résultats de l’enquête effectuée dans un lycée de laplace pour en faire ressortir les modules de formation continue des enseignants aux usages desTIC dans leurs pratiques professionnelles (chapitre 4).Mots clés : Formation continue, plan de formation, enseignants, TIC.ABSTRACTThis dissertation handles the main tendencies, problems and difficulties which in Cameroontoday, characterize the system of training teachers into using ICT in their pedagogicprac<strong>tic</strong>es. It focuses par<strong>tic</strong>ularly on professional know-how (knowledge; competences,abilities and attitudes), which sustain teaching. Our work consists of four chapters. Chapterone enlightens us on general concepts of continuous training. Chapter two focuses on thecontinuous training of teachers in using ICT. It brings out different training plans in theworld, obstacles linked to ICT and gives the various reactions of teachers when it comes toICT. To be able to compare scientific knowledge drawn from this research, the third chaptersupplies us with the results based on an investigation carried out in a secondary school. Thisis to highlight the means of continuous training of teachers into using ICT in theirprofessional prac<strong>tic</strong>es (chapter four).Key Words : Continuous training, Training plan , Teachers, ICTi
