To acquire and keep the reflexes indispensable for all digital protection jobs and functions, professionals must train and constantly refresh their knowledge. Conversely to traditional training, Blue- Cyforce offers a wide range of cyberdefence operational training offer in its Cyber Range modules, which are open to all professionals and adapted according to a specific teaching course. Training differs from exercise through the immersive character of the latter. While training allows developing theoretical competences, exercise consists in putting trainees in a situation where the level of difficulty is immediately related to the professionals’ level of knowledge. Where training allows knowing and learning the basic techniques that make up the cyberdefensor’s toolbox, exercise allows fully mastering these techniques through practice in the aim of increasing the execution quality and speed and reducing stress in real-life situations. Exercise allows developing vital reflexes in the event of aggression and increases its efficiency. Crisis exercises Within the framework of the Blue Team, crisis exercises allow managing incidents in real time, understanding and enforcing the escalation process that allows moving to the crisis management stage, and then manage it at decisional level with a representation of the various coordination actors (general management, risk management, HR, communication, legal...). Bluecyforce offers a range of training courses perfectly adapted to the expectation of each link of the cyberdefence operational chain: Managers/deciders, operational deciders, project leaders, operators, consultants, auditors, developers… Through the validation of a Bluecyforce programme, participants obtain progressive qualifications recognising their competences in a real-life cyber combat.
