“Caribbean Rum Awards”
Organisé par le Caribbean Journal, la 4 ème édition du “Caribbean
Rum Awards” s’est déroulée du 02 au 07 novembre 2021.
L’événement, présenté par WIMCO Villas, Tradewind Aviation et
Accutron, est centré sur le concours Caribbean Rum Awards,
une dégustation à l’aveugle du domaine de rhums le plus élitiste de
tous les festivals de la planète.
Cela fait partie de ce que l’île appelle désormais le «Mois
Gourmet», avec le St Barth Gourmet Festival axé sur la cuisine qui
se déroule la semaine suivante.

Organized by Caribbean Journal, the 4th edition of the Caribbean
Rum Awards took place November 2-7, 2021. The event, presented
by WIMCO Villas, Tradewind Aviation, and Accutron, the Caribbean
Rum Awards included a blind taste test for some of the most elite rums
at any such festival on the planet. These awards were also part of the
island’s “gourmet month,” which comprised the St Barth Gourmet
Festival, a showcase of fine French food the following week.

St Barth Gourmet festival
Du 10 au 14 novembre 2021, Saint-Barth célébrait la 8ème édition du
Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival. Organisé par le Comité Territorial du
Tourisme de Saint-Barthélemy.
Pour défendre les valeurs fortes du Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival
d’excellence, de partage, de convivialité et d’authenticité, des Chefs
de renommée internationale ont fait le déplacement : Pierre Gagnaire,
Eric Frechon, Jean Imbert, Nicolas Beaumann, Jean-Rémi Caillon,
Dimitri Droisneau, Sébastien Vauxion, Juan Arbelaez, Matthias Marc,
et Marcel Ravin.
Pendant 4 jours, 11 grands Chefs français ont fait battre le coeur de
l’île et rayonné la gastronomie française.
On November 10-14, 2021, Saint Barth celebrated the 8th edition of the
St Barth Gourmet Festival, organized by the Territorial Tourism
Committee of Saint Barthélemy. To promote such essential values as
culinary excellence, sharing around a table, conviviality, and authenticity,
internationally acclaimed French chefs were guests on the island: Pierre
Gagnaire, Eric Frechon, Jean Imbert, Nicolas Beaumann, Jean-Rémi
Caillon, Dimitri Droisneau, Sébastien Vauxion, Juan Arbelaez, Matthias
Marc, and Marcel Ravin. On four evenings, these 10 ambassadors of
French cuisine set new benchmarks for gastronomy on the island.
