Konstruksi LISTRIK DAN AIR BERSIH/ Electricity and Water Supply Setelah mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2008 sebesar minus 0,85 persen, pada tahun 2009 sektor ini kembali tumbuh positif yaitu meningkat sebesar 3,16 persen. Kontribusi yang disumbangkan sektor ini terhadap PDRB Aceh juga meningkat yaitu dari 8,52 persen tahun 2008 menjadi 9,67 persen pada tahun 2009. Sektor ini diperkirakan akan terus tumbuh beberapa tahun kedepan dan kontribusinya akan terus meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah proyek fisik oleh pemerintah Aceh yaitu dana yang berasal dari APBN dan APBA maupun dana hibah dan pinjaman luar negeri. Proyek-proyek fisik yang masih dikerjakaan beberapa tahun yang akan datang dan membutuhkan biaya yang besar antara lain; pembuatan jalan lintas Barat-Selatan Aceh dan lintas Tengah Aceh. Pembangunan gedung kantor dan pusat pemerintahan di beberapa Kabupaten/Kota seperti di Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Aceh Timur, Nagan Raya, Aceh Jaya, 0,27 0,41 12,73 27,07 3.5. Kota Subulussalam dan daerah lainnya akan berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan sektor konstruksi. Disamping itu aktivitas perekonomian pada sektor perdagangan, sektor pengangkutan, sektor jasa-jasa dan sektor-sektor lainnya juga akan meningkat dengan semakin banyaknya pelaksanaan program pembangunan pada sektor konstruksi. 3.6. Perdagangan, Hotel dan Restoran Sektor ini berperan sebagai penunjang kegiatan ekonomi yang menghasilkan produk barang dan jasa. Pada tahun 2009 proporsi sektor perdagangan, hotel, dan restoran terhadap pembentukan PDRB Provinsi Aceh menempati urutan kedua terbesar setelah sektor pertanian. Selama kurun waktu tahun 2008–2009 kontribusi sektor ini mengalami peningkatan. Pada tahun 2008 peranan sektor ini sebesar 13,95 persen dan pada tahun 2009 naik menjadi 14,73 persen. Dari ketiga sub sektor yang termasuk sektor ini, sub sektor perdagangan memberikan sumbangan yang terbesar yakni mencapai 14,05 persen pada tahun 2009. Sedangkan sub sektor hotel memberikan sumbangan 0,09 persen serta sub sektor restoran sebesar 0,59 persen. Ketiga sub sektor mengalami pertumbuhan yang cukup tinggi pada tahun 2008 dan 2009, dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan sebesar 4,59 persen tahun 2008 dan sebesar 3,28 persen tahun 2009 (Tabel 3.5) other areas will have a positive impact on growth construction sector. Trade, Hotels and Restaurants This sector acts as a support for economic activities which produce goods and services. During the period of the year 2008-2009 the contribution of this sector has increased. In 2008 the role of this sector amounted to 13.95 per cent and in 2009 rose to 14.73 percent. Of the three sub-sectors are included in this sector, the trade sub-sector contributes the largest and reached 14.05 percent in 2009. While the hotel sub-sector contributed 0.09 percent and 0.59 percent of the restaurant sub-sector.
