LAND ACQUISITION ORDINANCE

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 4
Whereas it appears to the Yang di-Pertua Negeri that the land as shown on Plans No.
DRG. No. KB. 607, KB 607/1 of 11, 2 of 11, 3 of 11, 4 of 11, 5 of 11, 6 of 11, 7 of 11, 8 of
11, 9 of 11, 10 of 11 and 11 of 11 are likely to be required for a public purpose, that is to say
for the Drainage and Irrigation Scheme Package 1B (5), Kampung Tawadakan and Kg.

Tamau, Kota Belud; now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him
by section 4 of the Land Acquisition Ordinance, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri hereby
notifies that all the land set out in the Schedule hereto is likely to be required for a purpose,
which in the opinion of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri is a public purpose.
Plan referred to above may be inspected at the office of the Director of Lands and
Surveys, Kota Kinabalu, or the office of the Assistant Collector of Land Revenue,
Kota Belud, during normal office hours.
