descrizione dei sintomi<br />
La PSG + MSLT è fondamentale per <strong>la</strong> diagnosi<br />
Bisogna escludere infatti: <strong>la</strong> sindrome <strong>del</strong>le apnee ostruttive, le crisi<br />
epilettiche notturne<br />
Caratteristiche <strong>del</strong> sonno:<br />
Tempo di sonno totale aumentato<br />
% REM aumentata (30% circa <strong>del</strong> sonno totale)<br />
Ridotta <strong>la</strong>tenza REM ➜ addormentamento in REM<br />
MSLT: tempo di addormentamento < a 7' e comparsa di fasi<br />
REM nei primi 15' dall'addormentamento
