Here is a chance to see how they make the traditional
Christmas sweet “Nociata”, the only type of torrone
to be made in Umbria. It is made from egg whites,
honey, walnuts and orange peel, and wrapped in
laurel leaves. At the end there will be an opportunity
to sample the “nociata”.
