Here is a chance to see how they make the traditional<br />

Christmas sweet “Nociata”, the only type of torrone<br />

to be made in <strong>Umbria</strong>. It is made from egg whites,<br />

honey, walnuts and orange peel, and wrapped in<br />

laurel leaves. At the end there will be an opportunity<br />

to sample the “nociata”.<br />
