Le celle di produzione robotizzata<br />
<strong>RPC</strong> di <strong>Fastems</strong> sono state progettate<br />
per caricare e scaricare pezzi su e<br />
da macchine CNC. Ogni cella è costituita<br />
da un'unità trasferibile che si<br />
installa rapidamente e può essere facilmente<br />
riposizionata, se necessario.<br />
Le macchine nuove e quelle esistenti<br />
possono essere automatizzate con il<br />
minimo sforzo. Le celle robotizzate<br />
modulari <strong>RPC</strong> rappresentano il primo<br />

La <strong>RPC</strong>-20 è una soluzione completa che consente di incrementare<br />
la produttività delle vostre macchine. Si può integrare<br />
con le macchine utensili CNC esistenti per ottenere più<br />
ore di operatività e una produzione senza operatore. Il carico<br />
utile di <strong>RPC</strong>-20 è 20 kg e le sue dimensioni principali sono<br />
2600 x 2400 x 2500 mm (L x P x A).<br />
La <strong>RPC</strong>-50 è la sorella maggiore della <strong>RPC</strong>-20 e, naturalmente,<br />
offre gli stessi vantaggi. La <strong>RPC</strong>-50 è adatta anche per pezzi<br />
pesanti, difficili da movimentare a mano. La riserva di materiale<br />
si basa su due carrelli dalle dimensioni di un europallet.<br />
Il carico utile di <strong>RPC</strong>-50 è 50 kg e le sue dimensioni principali<br />
sono 3600 x 2400 x 2500 mm (L x P x A).<br />
La cella <strong>RPC</strong>-165 comprende un'ampia gamma di moduli che<br />
consente di creare la soluzione di automazione che meglio si<br />
adatta alle singole esigenze di produzione. Un buffer capiente e<br />
una facile raggiungibilità consentono di integrare anche i centri<br />
di lavorazione. Con <strong>RPC</strong>-165 possono essere automatizzate<br />
fino a tre macchine utensili. Il carico utile della <strong>RPC</strong>-165 è 165<br />
kg e le sue dimensioni principali sono 4100 x 3400 x 2500 mm<br />
(L x P x A).

La <strong>RPC</strong>-20G funziona con tutte le macchine utensili CNC e in<br />
particolare con i torni. È una soluzione salvaspazio facile da<br />
usare, che offre tutti i vantaggi di una cella robotizzata, lasciando<br />
libera la parte anteriore della macchina utensile. Il<br />
carico utile di <strong>RPC</strong>-20G è 20 kg e le sue dimensioni principali<br />
sono 5040 x 2150 x 2740 mm (L x P x A).<br />
La <strong>RPC</strong>-<strong>70G</strong> può essere ampliata con moduli standard. È possibile,<br />
ad esempio, estendere le guide lineari e aumentare la riserva<br />
di materiale con carrelli aggiuntivi e stazioni per carrelli.<br />
Il carico utile di <strong>RPC</strong>-<strong>70G</strong> è 70 kg e le sue dimensioni principali<br />
sono 10500 x 2750 x 3150 mm (L x P x A).<br />
