61838 BELGISCH STAATSBLAD — 20.11.2008 − Ed. 2 — MONITEUR BELGE NATIONALE BANK VAN BELGIE [C − 2008/18332] Kosten voor de openbaarmaking van de documenten bedoeld in artikel 25 van het koninklijk besluit van 19 december 2003 betreffende de boekhoudkundige verplichtingen en de openbaarmaking van de jaarrekening van bepaalde verenigingen zonder winstoogmerk, internationale verenigingen zonder winstoogmerk en stichtingen In toepassing van artikel 30, § 2, derde lid, van het koninklijk besluit van 19 december 2003 betreffende de boekhoudkundige verplichtingen en de openbaarmaking van de jaarrekening van bepaalde verenigingen zonder winstoogmerk, internationale verenigingen zonder winstoogmerk en stichtingen worden de kosten voor de openbaarmaking bij de Nationale Bank van België van de documenten bedoeld in artikel 25 van voormeld koninklijk besluit ingevolge de evolutie van het indexcijfer van de consumptieprijzen als volgt vastgesteld met ingang van 1 januari 2009, exclusief de belasting over de toegevoegde waarde : a) kosten bedoeld in artikel 30, § 2, eerste lid, van voormeld koninklijk besluit : — 58,10 euro wanneer de documenten langs elektronische weg in de vorm van een gestructureerd databestand worden neergelegd overeenkomstig artikel 28, § 1, van voormeld koninklijk besluit; — 105,60 euro wanneer de documenten langs elektronische weg in de vorm van een PDF-bestand worden neergelegd overeenkomstig artikel 28, § 2, van voormeld koninklijk besluit; — 110,90 euro wanneer de documenten op papier worden neergelegd overeenkomstig artikel 29 van voormeld koninklijk besluit; b) kosten bedoeld in artikel 30, § 2, tweede lid, van voormeld koninklijk besluit : 58,10 euro. RAAD VAN STATE [2008/18330] Bericht voorgeschreven bij artikel 3quater van het besluit van de Regent van 23 augustus 1948 tot regeling van de rechtspleging voor de afdeling bestuursrechtspraak van de Raad van State De NV F. Industries en de BV Hydralibur, beide woonplaats kiezend bij Mr. Cies Gysen, advocaat, met kantoor te 2800 Mechelen, Antwerpsesteenweg 18, hebben op 13 oktober 2008 een verzoekschrift tot nietigverklaring ingediend van het besluit van de Vlaamse Regering, van 18 juli 2008, houdende definitieve vaststelling van het gewestelijk ruimtelijk uitvoeringsplan « Afbakening regionaalstedelijk gebied Mechelen ». Dit besluit is bekendgemaakt in het Belgisch <strong>Staatsblad</strong> van 12 augustus 2008. Deze zaken zijn ingeschreven onder de rolnummers G/A. 189.976/X- 13.920 en G/A. 189.977/X-13021. August 1948 zur Festlegung des Verfahrens vor der Verwaltungsstreitsachenabteilung des Staatsrates [2008/18330] Die F. Industries AG und die Hydralibur BV, die beide bei Hernn Cies Gysen, Rechtsanwalt in 2800 Mecheln, Antwerpsesteenweg 18, ihr Domizil erwählt haben, haben am 13. Oktober 2008 die Nichtigerklärung des Erlasses der Flämischen Regierung vom 18. Juli 2008 zur endgültigen Festlegung des Regionalen räumlichen Ausführungsplans «Afbakening regionaalstedelijk gebied Mechelen» beantragt. Dieser Erlass ist im Belgischen Staatsblatt vom 12. August 2008 veröffentlicht worden. BANQUE NATIONALE DE BELGIQUE [C − 2008/18332] Frais de publicité des documents visés à l’article 25 de l’arrêté royal du 19 décembre 2003 relatif aux obligations comptables et à la publicité des comptes annuels de certaines associations sans but lucratif, associations internationales sans but lucratif et fondations En application de l’article 30, § 2, alinéa 3, de l’arrêté royal du 19 décembre 2003 relatif aux obligations comptables et à la publicité des comptes annuels de certaines associations sans but lucratif, associations internationales sans but lucratif et fondations, les frais de publicité auprès de la Banque Nationale de Belgique des documents visés à l’article 25 de l’arrêté royal précité sont fixés comme suit, hors taxe sur la valeur ajoutée, à dater du 1 er janvier 2009 et comme suite à l’évolution de l’indice des prix à la consommation : a) frais visés à l’article 30, § 2, alinéa 1 er ,del’arrêté royal précité : — 58,10 euros lorsque les documents sont déposés par voie électronique sous forme d’un fichier structuré, conformément à l’article 28, § 1 er ,del’arrêté royal précité; — 105,60 euros lorsque les documents sont déposés par voie électronique sous forme d’un fichier PDF, conformément à l’article 28, § 2, de l’arrêté royal précité; — 110,90 euros lorsque les documents sont déposés sur papier, conformément à l’article 29 de l’arrêté royal précité; b) frais visés à l’article 30, § 2, alinéa 2,del’arrêté royal précité : 58,10 euros. CONSEIL D’ETAT [2008/18330] Avis prescrit par l’article 3quater de l’arrêté du Régent du 23 août 1948 déterminant la procédure devant la section du contentieux administratif du Conseil d’Etat La SA F. Industries et la BV Hydralibur, ayant toutes deux élu domicile chez Me Cies Gysen, avocat, ayant son cabinet à 2800 Malines, Antwerpsesteenweg 18, ont demandé le 13 octobre 2008 l’annulation de l’arrêté du Gouvernement flamand du 18 juillet 2008 portant fixation définitive du plan régional d’exécution spatiale « Afbakening regionaalstedelijk gebied Mechelen ». Cet arrêté a été publié au <strong>Moniteur</strong> belge du 12 août 2008. Ces affaires sont inscrites au rôle sous les numéros G/A. 189.976/X- 13.920 et G/A. 189.977/X-13.921.
