CAPÍTULO XI<br />
DISPOSIÇÕES FINAIS<br />
Artigo 48º.<br />
Interrupções<br />
Quan<strong>do</strong> houver necessida<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong> interromper o funcionamento <strong>do</strong><br />
sistema municipal <strong>de</strong> resíduos sóli<strong>do</strong>s urbanos, por motivos programa<strong>do</strong>s<br />
com antecedência ou por outras causas sem caracter <strong>de</strong> urgência, a <strong>Câmara</strong><br />
<strong>Municipal</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Vila</strong> <strong>do</strong> <strong>Bispo</strong> avisará prévia e publicamente os munícipes<br />
afecta<strong>do</strong>s pela interrupção.<br />
Artigo 49º.<br />
Omissões<br />
A legislação vigente e as <strong>de</strong>liberações da <strong>Câmara</strong> <strong>Municipal</strong><br />
regularão o que for omisso neste Regulamento.<br />
Artigo 50º.<br />
Âmbito <strong>de</strong> Aplicação<br />
A partir da entrada em vigor <strong>de</strong>ste Regulamento consi<strong>de</strong>ram-se<br />
revogadas todas as anteriores disposições regulamentadas sobre esta<br />
matéria.<br />
