4ª 56 OFICINA DE CAPACITAÇÃO Gênero e Sexualidade 1. Objetivo: Construir, com o grupo, conceitos e compreensões sobre gênero e sexualidade. 2. Tempo previsto: 4 horas 3. Como fazer? INTEGRAçãO 1º Passo: Uma breve saudação. Colocar uma música instrumental de fundo. 2º Passo: Reunir homens e mulheres e solicitar que possam tomar para si o momento da criação. Os homens deverão “Moldar” um homem de argila e as mulheres deverão “moldar” uma mulher de argila. DEVOCIONAl 1º Passo: Leitura em Gênesis 1. 1 e 2, 26 e 27 (anexo 1) • Conversar sobre a criação. • Como vocês acham que Deus se “sentiu” realizando esta criação? • Como vocês se sentem sabendo que são fruto desta criação? 2º Passo: Que cada grupo possa falar sobre a sua “criação”, ressaltando dificuldades e descobertas durante a vivência. DESENVOlVImENTO 1º Passo: Escolher um dos participantes para que possa listar as diferenças/características físicas e psíquicas/emocionais dos homens e das mulheres, num processo de construção coletiva. 2º Passo: Formar dois grupos para que possam, a partir da leitura dos textos (anexos 2 e 3), apresentar, de forma criativa, o que é gênero e o que é se-xualidade. 3º Passo: Partilha dos textos a partir da produção dos grupos. 4º Passo: Construção do conceito de gênero e de sexualidade com o facilitador. ENCERRAmENTO Oração.
