Torque controlado
A Hytorc, empresa de sistemas de torque
controlado, está trabalhando fortemente no
mercado brasileiro com a arruela chamada
Washer. De acordo com a empresa, ao inserir
a peça no sistema de parafusamento é possível
eliminar o braço de reação para ancoragem e a
chave de backup, que tem como função segurar
a porca do outro lado do estojo. “A grande
vantagem está em aumentar a velocidade da
operação ao mesmo tempo em que há ganho
de segurança laboral, devido ao operador não
precisar do ponto de ancoragem. Isto elimina
os riscos de esmagamento de dedos, por
exemplo.”
Oito meses após o lançamento da peça no
mercado a aceitação já é grande. Empresas de
grande porte como Gerdau, Siemens, Alstom,
GE, que utilizavam a tecnologia de braço de
reação, substituíram pelo torque controlado
com o Washer. “Serve para qualquer segmento
que utilize torque controlado, desde uma turbina
até um simples flange.”
A Hytorc está em mais de 80 países e conta
com mais de 300 patentes registradas.
Controlled Ttorque
Hytorc, a company that produces torque controlled
systems, is working heavily in the Brazilian market with a
washer. According to the Company, the piece is used in
the tightening system, eliminating the reaction arm used
for anchoring and backup key, the function of which is to
secure the tightened nut on the other side of the casing.
“The big advantage is to increase the speed of operation
with an improvement in worker safety, as the operator
does not need to check the anchor point. This eliminates
the risk of crushing fingers, for example.”
Eight months after the launch of the piece on the market,
acceptance is already big. Large companies, such as
Gerdau, Siemens, Alstom, GE, which used to use the reaction
arm technology, have replaced it by the controlled
torque washer. “It serves any segment that uses controlled
torque, from a turbine to a single flange.” Hytorc operates
in more than 80 countries and has more than 300
registered patents.
