professor Thulio Cícero Guimarães Pereira é<br />
pioneiro nos estudos e planejamento de políticas<br />
públicas para geração de energia de fontes<br />
renováveis e os custos de investimentos. Desde<br />
1983 trabalhou com pesquisa e desenvolvimento na área<br />
financeira, e a partir de 1999 passou a estudar temas relacionados<br />
com políticas públicas e planejamento energético,<br />
finanças, tecnologia, bancos e sociedade. Foi um dos autores<br />
do livro: Energias Renováveis - Políticas Públicas e Planejamento<br />
Energético; publicado em 2013, entre outros títulos.<br />
Hoje aposentado na carreira de professor universitário ainda<br />
se dedica aos estudos e projetos de consultoria. Em ent<strong>revista</strong><br />
para Revista REFERÊNCIA BIOMAIS ele trouxe reflexões sobre<br />
o momento que vivemos com apelos para geração de energia<br />
de fontes renováveis.<br />

rofessor Thulio Cícero Guimarães Pereira is a<br />
pioneer in public policy study and planning for the<br />
generation of energy from renewable sources and<br />
investment costs. Since 1983, he has worked with<br />
research and development in the financial area. Since 1999,<br />
he has been studying topics related to public policies and<br />
energy planning, finance, technology, banking, and society.<br />
He was one of the authors of the book Renewable Energies<br />
- Public Policies and Energy Planning, published in 2013,<br />
among other titles. Today, retired from his career as a university<br />
professor, he dedicates himself to studies and consulting<br />
projects. In an interview for REFERÊNCIA Biomais, he reflects<br />
on the moment we live in, with appeals for the generation of<br />
energy from renewable sources.<br />
