Conclusão
Considerando-se as limitações deste estudo, baseado
somente na descrição de um caso clínico, a técnica da carga
imediata direta sem retalho e prótese total fi xa implantossuportada
provisória, para reabilitação da maxila edêntula,

pode ser empregada com segurança e previsibilidade, desde
que sejam seguidas todas as fases do planejamento e da cirurgia.
Além disto, temos um maior índice de aceitação por
parte dos pacientes, por ser um procedimento minimamente
invasivo e com um excelente pós-operatório.
