Realizari<br />

Imbunătătirea hemocompatibilitătii şi micşorarea tensiunii interfaciale cu medii biologice prin<br />

tratamente cu plasmă la presiune atmosferică. Studiul comparativ al efectelor fizico-chimice induse<br />

de plasma descărcării cu barieră dielectrică asupra unor polimeri de interes în medicină (PET,<br />

PET+TiO2, PA-6, PMMA, PE, PP).<br />

Modificarea suprafetelor materialelor de interes medical pentru controlul interactiei cu celulele si<br />

microorganismele. Rezultate privind efectele sterlizant si bactericid al plasmelor de presiune<br />

atmosferica . Stabilirea parametrilor de control ai reactiilor fizico-chimice la interfata plasmă - mediu<br />

biologic. Studiul mecanismelor la interfaţa plasmă - ţesut viu.<br />
