rotecţia juridică a desenelor şi modelelor industriale în Republica Moldova se asigură în modul
stabilit de Legea nr. 161-XVI din 12 iulie 2007 privind protecţia desenelor şi modelelor industriale.
Cererea de înregistrare a desenului sau modelului industrial se depune la AGEPI, personal sau prin
reprezentant, de către persoana care dispune de dreptul asupra desenului sau modelului industrial.
Cererea trebuie să conţină documentele prevăzute la art. 32(1), (2) din Lege.
Datele privind cererile de înregistrare depuse, desenele şi modelele industriale înregistrate, certificatele
de înregistrare a desenelor şi modelelor industriale eliberate şi desenele şi modelele industriale
reînnoite prin procedura naţională se publică în prezenta Secţiune.
Desenele şi modelele industriale înregistrate şi reînnoite conform Aranjamentului de la Haga, la care
Republica Moldova este parte, se publică în Buletinul de Desene şi Modele Internaţionale (“Bulletin des
dessins et modeles internationaux / International Designs Bulletin / Boletin de Dibujos y Modelos
Internacionales”). Buletinul include atât datele bibliografice în limbile franceză, engleză şi spaniolă, cât
şi reproducerile desenelor şi modelelor industriale înregistrate şi este expus pe Internet pe site-ul OMPI,
accesibil publicului. În BOPI se publică listele acestor desene şi modele industriale înregistrate în
Republica Moldova, aranjate în ordinea numerelor de înregistrare internaţională şi a claselor CIDMI,
precum şi ale celor reînnoite în Republica Moldova, aranjate în ordinea numerelor de înregistrare
internaţională.
Ponderea semantică a părţii verbale ce se conţine în desenele sau modelele industriale nu se
protejează.

egal protection of industrial designs in the Republic of Moldova is provided in the mode prescribed
by the Law No. 161-XVI of July 12, 2007 on the Protection of Industrial Designs.
The industrial design application shall be filed with the AGEPI in person or through a representative, by
the person to whom the right to the industrial design belongs. The application shall contain the
documents provided in Art. 32(1), (2) of the Law.
Data on the filed industrial design applications, registered industrial designs, issued industrial designs
registration certificates, and renewed industrial designs under the national procedure shall be published
in this Section.
Industrial designs registered and renewed under the Hague Agreement, to which the Republic of
Moldova is party, shall be published in the Bulletin of the International Industrial Designs (“Bulletin des
dessins et modeles internationaux / International Designs Bulletin / Boletin de Dibujos y Modelos
Internacionales”). The Bulletin comprises both bibliographic data in French, English and Spanish and
registered industrial design reproductions and is exposed over the Internet on the WIPO site, accessible
to the public. In BOPI shall be published the lists of industrial designs registered in the Republic of
Moldova, arranged in the order of the international registration numbers and of the ICID classes, as well
as of those renewed in the Republic of Moldova, arranged in the order of the international registration
numbers.
The semantic portion of the verbal part maintained in the industrial designs is not protected.
