Applications for registration of industrial
designs
rice persoană interesată are dreptul să depună la AGEPI opoziţii sau observaţii motivate
împotriva înregistrării desenelor sau modelelor industriale în termen de 3 luni de la data publicării
acestor cereri în BOPI, dacă este îndeplinită cel puţin una din condiţiile prevăzute la art. 26(1) din Legea
nr. 161-XVI din 12 iulie 2007 privind protecţia desenelor şi modelelor industriale.
Cererile de înregistrare a desenelor/modelelor industriale se publică în BOPI în ordinea claselor conform
Clasificării de la Locarno.
A
ny person concerned may, where at least one of the conditions set forth in Art. 26(1) of the Law
No. 161-XVI of July 12, 2007 on the Protection of Industrial Designs, has not been met, file with
the AGEPI reasoned oppositions or observations against registration of an industrial design within
3 months following the date of publication of those applications in BOPI.
The applications on registration of the industrial designs are published in BOPI in the order of classes
in accordance with the Locarno Classification.
