Useful Essential Aspects Regarding the Employment ofE.U. and Non-E.U. Citizens in RomaniaAna ŞTEFĂNESCU 1AbstractThe European Union citizen is the person who has the citizenship of an E.U.or E.E.C. member state or the citizenship of the Swiss Confederation. Per a contrario,we refer to foreign citizens. The framing of both categories of citizens is subjected to theRomanian legislation, but it also displays some particular aspects.
