Dr. Maheswar Das hails from
Odisha (a state of India). After his Post
graduation in Economics and History,
Ph.d in Sociology, he served Govt of
Odisha and retired from service in
2019.
He writes poems and stories in
English and Odia. Presently, he is the
Adminstrator of International literary
group, Peace and Love Inker's Society (PLIS), Philippines and Dream of
Equality, Literature Archive, Bangladesh.
Humanity
God has created his own image and reflection in man.
Thus man is the greatest creation of the divine.
God has endowed man with all the good qualities.
Kindness, compassion, love, forgiveness, sympathy and
tolerance are all the good qualities that comprises of humanity.
Humanity is next to divinity.
To understand the whole creation, the human beings, the
animals and plants with love, kindness, sympathy and
compassion is humanity.
When a man is hungry or thirsty, to give him
food and water is humanity.
