Change Of Time
The evening shadows were slowly lengthening. And I was
passing through a forest.
The ants were looking for their food.
At the same time they were whispering to each other.
After a while a bird came flying.
He started eating the ants.
Some would crawl into their burrows to save their lives.
The bird flew away after filling his stomach.
A few hours later when I passed by again,
The bird lay dead there.
And ants were making it part of their diet. Unfortunately,
it doesnot take long for time to change.
The Peacock
In a beautiful dense forest,
By the stream, I did rest.
Saw a colourful peacock there,
To quench his thirst, came here.
His break was sharp and eyes were round,
Legs were long and body was sound.
His voice was very sarcastic and sweet,
With poor and needy, he liked to meet.
Half fed himself and half fed the neighbour,
He taught to count children one, two, three and four.
