The Longing for Peace
Peace, you’re the white rose of goodness
That embellishes Earth and the whole world,
You’re making the sun rise for me
You’re making the moon come out for me at night.
Peace, you’re a magic word
From the heavens above to the earth,
My thoughts are meeting you
And we’re intertwining under the blue sky.
Peace, thaw the world’s frozen heart,
So that it will never forget you,
Be our gentle permanent peace
And remain our light forever.
Be my friend and longing to the world
And be helpful to the whole world,
Embellish the sky and the earth,
May your mission and word be holy!
Love Conquers Love
I’m constantly looking for justice
And it’s hard to find,
Youth is idling away with each passing day
And I never gained my freedom.
