writer of India who was born in 1959
at Morijhanji, Jorhat, Assam. She is
triple MA.She has been writing poems,
short stories, novels and other articles
since her student life which are
published in various news papers and

She writes in Assamese, Hindi and English language.Her published
books 19(nineteen). Her poems are translated in to different languages. She

Ever and anon I love the iconic word that thrilled my mind
in romances and made
enthusiastic during my adolences
Then the echoes of the volcanic word
was blowing like a storm through the
world reawakening the sense of heroworship in the minds of the
new generation
That herculean word was imprisoned
