Title: “Commercializing of University patent”<br />

Problem: The products in the world are spreading and getting more easily<br />

accessible for the consumers, this leads to the individual country’s<br />

industry get higher concurrence. Exechon AB´s owner would like to<br />

develop their activity with starting a new company. The new business<br />

idea is to create a corporation between Exechon AB´s owner and<br />

students with their new ideas that they h<strong>av</strong>e patents on. The point of<br />

the corporation between the new company and the student is to get<br />

new ideas out on the market. The commission giver, Karl-Erik<br />

Neumann, would like to, with the new company, take care of the<br />

developed knowledge that h<strong>av</strong>e through the years grown in the<br />

Swedish academy world. To compare this you h<strong>av</strong>e to know the<br />

factors that exist and prevent it from reaching the market.<br />

Purpose: The meaning with the investigation is to give Exechon AB a ground<br />

about what it takes to get a university patent out on the market.<br />

Method: It all began with a meeting with the tutor and after that we found a<br />

commission giver. From the meetings came a question and from this<br />
