Title: “Commercializing of University patent”
Problem: The products in the world are spreading and getting more easily
accessible for the consumers, this leads to the individual country’s
industry get higher concurrence. Exechon AB´s owner would like to
develop their activity with starting a new company. The new business
idea is to create a corporation between Exechon AB´s owner and
students with their new ideas that they have patents on. The point of
the corporation between the new company and the student is to get
new ideas out on the market. The commission giver, Karl-Erik
Neumann, would like to, with the new company, take care of the
developed knowledge that have through the years grown in the
Swedish academy world. To compare this you have to know the
factors that exist and prevent it from reaching the market.
Purpose: The meaning with the investigation is to give Exechon AB a ground
about what it takes to get a university patent out on the market.
Method: It all began with a meeting with the tutor and after that we found a
commission giver. From the meetings came a question and from this
