Fitting the fence
Place the sleeve (B) in the slot (A) on the ruler (fig. 2).
Make sure that the lock knob is not tightened. The fence can now be moved in the slot along the
ruler (3).
Tighten the knob (C) to lock the fence.

The fence is placed as shown in 1 (fig. 3) when the machine is used as a bench top jointer. The
fence must be placed 1-2 mm above the planing bit.
The fence is positioned to the right (2).
The fence can be adjusted 0°-45°.
Fitting the blade guard

Align the hole in the cleaver knife (B) against the blade guard (A) (fig. 4).
First press the blade guard downwards, then in the lengthwise direction of the blade (2 and 3).

Fitting the guard over the cutter head
Remove the handle (1) (fig. 5).
Place the guard arm on the bolt (2).
Tighten the guard (3).
