Different role of capsules!

Although one of the dosage forms of the drug comes to mind when we think of
capsules, this time it appears as a device. This wireless device, which consists
of a microchip and battery, used in certain bleeding that cannot be detected,
is among the advanced technologies, different from normal endoscopy. The
most important feature of capsule endoscopy is that while standard devices
provide two images per second, this number can go up to 18 with advanced
capsule technology. At the same time, being a painless method is among the
most striking features. This device, which technically shows the entire digestive
network, also plays a very active role in the small intestines.
We covered the need not to be negligent against gastritis and ulcer disease,
the 12 important risk factors of stomach cancer, and the consequences of
unprepared sports without considering health in this issue of our magazine.
I hope that we have been able to convey usefully what kind of consequences
negligence causes and that action should be taken before it is too late. I wish you
to be one of those who always look at life positively and take care of yourself…

Kapsüllerin farklı rolü!
Kapsül dendiğinde aklımıza ilacın dozaj şekillerinden biri gelse de bu kez karşımıza
cihaz olarak çıkıyor. Yeri saptanamamış belirli kanamalarda kullanılan; mikroçip
ve bataryadan oluşan bu kablosuz cihaz, normal endoskopiden farklı bir şekilde
gelişmiş teknolojiler arasında yer alıyor. Kapsül endoskopinin en önemli özelliği,
standart cihazlar saniyede iki görüntü sağlarken gelişmiş kapsül teknolojisiyle bu
sayı 18’e kadar çıkabiliyor. Aynı zamanda, ağrısız bir yöntem olması da en dikkat
çeken özellikleri arasında. Teknik olarak tüm sindirim ağını gösteren bu cihaz,
ince bağırsaklarda da oldukça etkin bir rolde.
Bu ay dergimizde Gastrit ve Ülser hastalığına karşı ihmalkarlık yapılmaması
gerektiğini, mide kanserinin 12 önemli risk faktörünü ve de sağlık dikkate
alınmadan hazırlıksız yapılan sporun ne gibi sonuçlar doğurabileceğini işledik.
Umarım, ihmalkarlığın ne gibi sonuçlara sebep olduğunu ve geç kalınmadan
harekete geçilmesi gerektiğini faydalı bir şekilde aktarabilmişizdir. Hayata her
zaman pozitif bakıp, kendinize dikkat edenlerden olmanız dileğiyle…
