Artificial Uterine Treatment gives hope to expectant mothers!
Yapay Rahim Tedavisi anne adaylarına umut oluyor!
Anne olmak isteyen birçok kadın rahime tutunma
potansiyeli yüksek ve kaliteli embriyolara her
zaman sahip olamıyor. Bu durum ise gelişen
embriyolardaki yeteriz moleküler tutamaç sayısı
ve düşük embriyo kalitesi ile gebeliği olumsuz
etkiliyor. Tekrarlayan tüp bebek tedavisinde
başarılı sonuç alamayan çiftler ise umudu yapay
rahim yönteminde arıyor. Bu kapsamda yapay
rahim uygulamasının embriyoların rahmi içine
tutunarak gebelik şansını artırdığının altını çizen
Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Uzmanı Prof. Dr.
Yücel Karaman, ‘’Ko-kültür, halk arasında yapay
rahim olarak bilinen uygulama, çocuk sahibi
olmak isteyen adaylara umut oluyor. Yapay rahim
tedavisi tekrarlayan tüp bebek başarısızlıklarında
ve 40 yaş üzeri anne adaylarında uygulanıyor’’
diye belirtti.

Many women who want to become mothers do
not always have high quality embryos with high
potential to adhere to the uterus. This situation
negatively affects pregnancy with insufficient
number of molecular handles and low embryo
quality in developing embryos. Couples who
could not get successful results in recurrent IVF
treatment are looking for hope in the artificial
womb method. In this context, pointing out that
the artificial womb application increases the
chance of pregnancy by attaching the embryos
to the womb, Obstetrician and Gynecologist Prof.
Dr. Yücel Karaman, said, “Co-culture, the practice
known as artificial womb among the people, gives
hope to the candidates who want to have a child.
Artificial womb treatment is applied in recurrent
IVF failures and in expectant mothers over the
age of 40.”
Teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte ilerleyen tedavi yöntemleri
çocuk sahibi olmak isteyen ailelere umut kaynağı oluyor.
Bu kapsamda embriyoları yavaş ya da kötü gelişim gösteren
çiftlerde uygulanan Endometrial Ko-kültür tedavisinin
büyük oranda başarı sağladığının altını çizen Prof. Dr. Yücel
Karaman, ‘’Endometrial Ko-kültür tedavisinde, adetin 21.
günü rahim içinden doku örneği alınır. Bu doku hücrelerine
ayrıştırır, laboratuvar ortamında çoğaltılır ve embriyonun
gelişimini ve rahme tutunmasını arttırmak için titizlikle
hazırlanır.
