Realizace projektu<br />
Cílem projektu Podnikatelský inkubátor<br />
IT a služby bylo tedy vytvoení komplexního<br />
podnikatelského inkubátoru nejen pro<br />
studenty VŠP, a.s., kteí se rozhodnou podnikat<br />
v oblasti IT technologií a služeb. Díky<br />
realizaci projektu byl vybudován podnikatelský<br />
inkubátor o kapacit 13 zaínajících<br />
podnikatel, kteí zahájí podnikání v prmaterials<br />
and mechanical industries, with<br />
industrial applications in four main sectors:<br />
aerospace, naval/offshore, ground transportation<br />
and energy (picture 2). One of<br />
the reasons for our specialization is the fact<br />
that the region Pays de la Loire, where we<br />
are based, is number 1 in France for shipbuilding<br />
(thanks to its proximity to Atlantic<br />
Ocean) and number 2 for aeronautics and<br />
plastics industry.<br />
The main objectives of EMC2 cluster are:<br />
to make industries mentioned below competitive<br />
and<br />
to minimize the environmental footprint<br />
and energy consumption of the processes<br />
used on materials in the mechanical industries.<br />
The programs, which we are working with<br />
pointed at gaining the projects with a high<br />
technological potential, as well as bringing<br />
the region’s economic stakeholders together<br />
around such projects. Those are concepts<br />
like a ship of the future, an all-composite<br />
aircraft, an offshore wind farm, ocean of<br />
tomorrow, non-destructive testing, materials<br />
instrumentation and other important innovative<br />
European projects.<br />
If talking about the EMC2 competitive<br />
cluster’s structure, it has three main levels<br />
(picture 3). The 18-members Board of Directors<br />
is chaired by Nicolas Orance (executive<br />
board), strategy director of Daher-<br />
-Socata Company. The Steering Committee<br />
is made up of representatives from SME,<br />
major industrial rms, laboratories and institutions.<br />
To resume, competitive cluster EMC2<br />
has three main activities, which are:<br />
Emergence – enabling the different stakeholders<br />
to initiate or collaborate in dynamic<br />
programs;<br />
Project management, which imply helping<br />
projects through the quality approval process<br />
and facilitating access to nancing<br />
networks;<br />
Implementation – providing access to<br />
services, shared resources and preferred<br />
technological partners.<br />
Thanks to the ef ciency of this three<br />
main project missions, proposed by our<br />
cluster to partners, we reached good results<br />
in a pretty short time. So, since 2005,<br />
more than 200 projects worth more than 1<br />
billion euro in R&D investments have received<br />
a seal of approval through the EMC2<br />
competitive cluster. At least two out of three<br />
projects have already received nancing for<br />
a global 777 million euro, including 284 millions<br />
in public funds through nancing from<br />
inter-ministerial nds, the French national<br />
research agency ANR, the European Union<br />
or the Regional Council.<br />
Moreover, this year a unique International<br />
Technological Research Institute – IRT Jules<br />
Verne, a world-wide reference research infrastructure<br />
focused on manufacturing engineering<br />
and advanced production technologies<br />
for composites, metals, and hybrid structures<br />
was open on the base of cluster EMC2. The<br />
main idea of it is to gather productive alliance<br />
between industrial know-how and public research.<br />
It is planned to invest 350 million euro<br />
in this project until 2020.<br />
One of the main strategies of the last<br />
years, privileged by the cluster policy, is<br />
internationalization. Apart from participation<br />
and organization of international<br />
collaboration events, it includes collaborative<br />
inter-cluster work as a part of cluster<br />
program of the European Union, as well<br />
as support of our members by maintaining<br />
research and industrial projects with EU-<br />
-member countries and helping them for<br />
implementation in the countries, if necessary.<br />
Currently, we are looking for partners<br />
in the Czech Republic among material<br />
clusters and similar organizations, as<br />
well as research and industrial partners<br />
for maintaining European collaborative<br />
projects.<br />

školy podnikání, a.s.<br />
Posláním našeho podnikatelského inkubátoru<br />
je – rozvíjet a podporovat podnikavost<br />
široké veejnosti, zejména student<br />
a absolvent Vysoké školy podnikání, a.s.<br />
a to v reálném mítku – prostednictvím<br />
poskytnutí zázemí a maximální podpory<br />
pi rozvoji jejich podnikatelských idejí a to<br />
až do fáze vzniku a rozjezdu reálných podnikatelských<br />
jednotek zamených na IT<br />
a služby. Naší vizí a zámrem projektu bylo<br />
vybudovat zázemí pro vznik a rozvoj podnikatelských<br />
jednotek. Zajistit zaínajícím<br />
podnikatelm maximální podporu, jak hmotnou,<br />
tak zejména metodickou a odbornou,<br />
která povede k úspšné realizaci jejich podnikatelských<br />
idejí a plán v reálném mítku<br />
s vizí dlouhodobé udržitelnosti.<br />

místnost vetn audiovizuální techniky,<br />

pracovišt pro tisk propaganích<br />
materiál v malých sériích, IT doménový<br />
server, archiv pro archivaci dokument inkubovaných<br />
rem, recepci a kanceláská<br />
pracovišt pro realizaci kompletního poradenství<br />
pro inkubované rmy.<br />
Vzhledem ke skutenosti, že inkubované<br />
rmy budou nejen z ad VŠ student a podnikatelsky<br />
budou zameny na IT a služby,<br />
lze pedpokládat, že cca 70 % tchto rem<br />
bude zameno na oblast výzkumu, vývoje<br />
ICT technologií a aplikací, vetn zavádní<br />
nových vývojových pístup a projektových<br />
metodik.<br />
Projekt byl realizován za podpory Ministerstva<br />
prmyslu a obchodu prostednictvím<br />
operaního programu Podnikání a inovace<br />
– dotace v rámci prioritní osy 5. Prostedí<br />
pro podnikání a inovace, oblast podpory 5.1<br />
Platformy spolupráce, programu PROSPE-<br />
RITA v letech 2008–2010 v rámci tí etap<br />
s celkovými zpsobilými výdaji 17.054 tis.<br />
K a požadovanou dotací 8.526 tis. K.<br />
Slavnostní otevení Podnikatelského inkubátoru<br />
VŠP, a.s. probhlo na sklonku<br />
roku 2010 a plnohodnotná innost byla zahájena<br />
