Program Goals and Program Development
The mission of Rosewater Ranch is to provide outstanding and memorable experiences
in the area of hospitality and events to our clients.
Rosewater Ranch has set three program goals to utilize as we grow our business. Those
program goals include producing weddings, birthday parties (or general parties), and
corporate events. Below are three programs which we have either submitted proposals
for or have been contracted to do:
Weddings -- The Wedding of Sheri Wilson and
Jonathan Hope
About: Sheri Wilson and Jonathan Hope have contracted Rosewater Ranch to host
their wedding on April 7, 2018 at our Sacred Oaks venue. They would like to have a
wedding ceremony followed by a three-course dinner and dancing.
Statement of Need: Sheri and Jonathan were looking for a unique wedding
venue to host 200 of their friends and family members to help them celebrate their
union as husband and wife. They were looking for a venue that would feel like a highend
“destination wedding” but was not too far from their home in Austin, Tx. They both
enjoy the outdoors and wanted to incorporate nature into their event.
Target Population: Sheri and Jonathan’s family and friends
Strategic Planning Goal: This program is aligned with our goal of producing
weddings that meet or exceed our client’s desires for their event. In order to achieve
that goal, we must:
· understand exactly what the client is looking for in regard to the event
· introduce creative ideas to the client which they may not have considered
· work with the client to stay within their budget of $50,000 to $60,000 while still
providing a unique and memorable wedding just for them.
