Comprehensive Program Plan<br />
Reply cards will allow us to know exactly how many guests will be attending the<br />
wedding so that we can plan accordingly.<br />
Staff Orientation<br />
As the Rosewater Ranch program coordinator, I (Elizabeth Peterson), will personally<br />
oversee all operations prior to our client’s wedding day. We have a excellent staff<br />
training program in place to make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly. Each<br />
vendor used is professionally qualified and is given a specific itinerary to follow during<br />
the day. If a tent is being used, video on how to set up the tents will be provided to<br />
make things run faster. However, tents will not be utilized for the Wilson-Hope wedding.<br />
The photographer and videographer will be given a shot list AND a deadline on when<br />
proofs should be ready for the clients to view.<br />
