Odessa: summer
clubbing capital
Odessa is rightly considered to be a
club capital of Ukraine, as hundreds
of thousands of tourists come to
the Black Sea coast in summer to
enjoy the energy of summer dance
floors. With Odessa hosting more
than 3 million tourists annually, the
Department of Culture and Tourism
of Odessa City Council is present
at ITB China, underlining efforts to
increase the tourist attractiveness
of Odessa, promotion of the city
as a tourist and business capital
of Ukraine both on national and
international levels. The department
takes a direct part in organisation
and running of over 70 different
mass-cultural events

乐 部 之 都 ”, 每 年 接 待 超 过 300

韵 。 敖 德 萨 市 议 会 文 化 旅 游

引 力 , 在 国 家 与 国 际 层 面 全
力 打 造 敖 德 萨 作 为 乌 克 兰 “ 旅
游 与 商 业 之 都 ” 的 品 牌 形 象 。
当 局 积 极 举 办 与 参 与 超 过 70 多
项 各 类 型 大 众 文 化 活 动 。

Buenos Aires works
towards digital
transformation
The city tourist board of Buenos Aires
and the Argentine Association of
Hotels have launched a new space for
reflection on the impact of technology
and innovation in tourism. More than
100 directors recently attended a
“breakfast on digital transformation”
as part of the InnovaTur BA programme
to reflect on digital advances as part
of the solution to the challenges of
combining continued growth with a
more sustainable and responsible
tourism sector. The city tourist board
has already gathered more than 70
organisations in spaces of reflection
on different experiences in the tourism
sector and other areas of knowledge to
shape future leaders through a digital
transformation that allows businesses
to gain more potential while meeting
sustainable development objectives

个 层 面 讨 论 与 反 思 旅 游 业 及 其
他 领 域 的 经 验 , 通 过 数 字 化 转
型 塑 造 行 业 未 来 的 领 导 者 , 利
用 数 字 化 转 型 促 使 企 业 实 现 可
持 续 发 展 目 标 , 挖 掘 更 大 潜
力 。

ELBPHILHARMONIE HAMBURG – A MAJOR
CITY ATTRACTION ON GERMANY’S COAST
In the flow of the Elbe and
surrounded on three sides by water,
the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg is a
centre of attraction for visitors from
all over the world. Artistic quality,
variety and accessibility shape the
musical programme of Hamburg’s
cultural landmark. Perched on top of
a brick warehouse foundation which
was built at the port between 1963
and 1966 and then used for storing
tea, tobacco and cocoa, the glass
structure with its wave-like top rises
up 110 metres high into the sky

吸 引 着 世 界 游 客 的 目 光 。 音 乐 厅
集 极 高 的 艺 术 品 质 、 文 化 多 样 性
和 可 达 性 , 成 为 德 国 汉 堡 文 化 地
标 性 项 目 。 音 乐 厅 建 于 1963 年 至
1966 年 , 位 于 仓 库 城 的 最 西 端 ,
音 乐 厅 的 一 至 七 层 使 用 了 港 口 仓
库 A(Kaispeicher A) 的 37 米 高 基
座 , 曾 经 用 于 储 存 茶 叶 、 烟 草 和 可
可 。 音 乐 厅 波 浪 形 玻 璃 结 构 , 顶 部
高 达 110 米 , 高 耸 入 云 。
