Drill the holes with a D.18 percussion drill, 225 mm deep. Take care not to ream the hole to ensure the<br />

maximum holding force of the anchors.<br />

Clean each hole thoroughly with compressed air or a wire brush to remove dust. Take care not to move<br />

the pillars in the process.<br />

Fill the drill holes with adhesive.<br />

Fit the washers and nuts to the anchor rods.<br />

Insert the anchor rods into the holes filled with adhesive.<br />

Check that the column is plumb.<br />

If it is necessary to align the column, place the U-plates in the appropriate places under the base plate.<br />

Once the column is aligned, screw the anchors in place.<br />

Repeat the process for the 2nd column.<br />
