2.9.8 Bleeding the air from the scissor <strong>lift</strong><br />

1. Move the <strong>lift</strong> to the lowest position.<br />

Remove the hydraulic hoses at the positions and .<br />

3. Raise the <strong>lift</strong> on the main control side until oil escapes from the hydraulic hose on the main side.<br />

4. Close the hydraulic oil connection on this side again.<br />

5. Continue to raise the <strong>lift</strong> on the secondary control side until oil also escapes on the secondary side.<br />

6. Close the hydraulic oil connection on the secondary side again.<br />

The <strong>lift</strong> is now vented.<br />

Fitting the covers<br />

1. Install the covers of the power unit and the outer covers on the pillars. Take care not to pinch the cables and<br />

hoses!<br />

2.9.9 Installing the support arms<br />

1. Raise the <strong>lift</strong> trolley to a height of approx. 1 m by pressing the <strong>lift</strong> or lower button.<br />

2. Remove the pre-assembled safety catch by removing the grub screws.<br />
